    dct:description "This card contains data sets on pre-school institutions in Panevezys (name, Jaris code, manager, contact information, number of groups and places, description of activities, employees), groups of children (name, type of activity, number of places, age limits) and registration of children (application number, date and time of submission, information about the child, state of application). Groups shall be formed from children of the same or different age, ensuring physiological and age peculiarities of the child's day and education regimen and the child's educational conditions set out in HN 75:2016 hygiene norm: crèche – up to 3 years, pre-school – 3 to 5 years, pre-school – from 5 (6) to 6 (7) years. In the case of children of mixed age, groups shall be classified as a step which represents a larger proportion of children in the group. There can be no two current applications with a “pending” status for the same child. The system is used to make requests, queue and assign a child to an institution (i.e., to grant an application when the status “approved acceptance” is granted). No further work shall be carried out on approved applications, i.e. if the child has not entered or left the institution, no adjustment shall be made to the applications.         "Šioje kortelėje pateikti duomenų rinkiniai apie Panevėžio miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigas (pavadinimas, JAR kodas, vadovas, kontaktinė informacija, grupių ir vietų skaičius, veiklos apibūdinimas, darbuotojai), vaikų grupes (pavadinimas, veiklos tipas, vietų skaičius, amžiaus ribos) ir vaikų registraciją (prašymo numeris, pateikimo data ir laikas, informacija apie vaiką, prašymo būsena). Grupės formuojamos iš to paties arba skirtingo amžiaus vaikų, užtikrinant vaiko dienos ir ugdymo režimo fiziologinius ir amžiaus ypatumus bei HN 75:2016 higienos normoje nustatytas vaiko ugdymo sąlygas: lopšelio – iki 3 metų, ikimokyklinio – nuo 3 iki 5 metų, priešmokyklinio – nuo 5 (6) iki 6 (7) metų. Jeigu yra mišraus amžiaus vaikų, grupės priskiriamos tai pakopai, kuri sudaro didesnę grupės dalį vaikų. Dviejų to paties vaiko aktualių prašymų su būsena „laukiantis“ negali būti. Sistema naudojama prašymams pateikti, eilėms sudaryti ir vaiką priskirti įstaigai (t. y. prašymo patenkinimas, kai suteikiama būsena „patvirtintas priėmimas“). Toliau su patvirtintais prašymais nebedirbama, t. y. jeigu vaikas neatėjo į įstaigą, ar iš jos išėjo, prašymai nekoreguojami.
