Legal acts adopted by the management bodies of other associations, state or municipal enterprises, public establishments the owner or stakeholder whereof is the state or municipality shall be subject to the Register only in cases when the publication of such legal acts in the Register is mandatory in accordance with the requirements of legal acts; 18) legal acts adopted by the heads and collegiate institutions of ministers, government agencies, other state and municipal institutions and agencies, as well as the chairman of the board or board of the Bank of Lithuania authorised in accordance with the procedure laid down by legal acts to perform public administration by the management bodies of associations, state or municipal enterprises, public bodies the owner or stakeholder whereof is the state or municipality, which must be published in the Register in accordance with the requirements of legal acts; 19) resolutions and decisions of the Constitutional Court on the interpretation of the ruling of the Constitutional Court, as well as reports of the President of the Constitutional Court on the suspension of the validity of the disputed act and on the renewal of the suspended act; 20) decisions, rulings, rulings and rulings of the Supreme Court of Lithuania and the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, as well as effective rulings of administrative courts concerning the legality of regulatory administrative acts."@en, "Rinkinyje pateikiami teisės aktų registro duomenys. Kitų asociacijų, valstybės ar savivaldybės įmonių, viešųjų įstaigų, kurių savininkė ar dalininkė yra valstybė ar savivaldybė, valdymo organų priimti teisės aktai Registro objektais yra tik tais atvejais, kai šiuos teisės aktus skelbti Registre privaloma pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus; 18) ministrų, Vyriausybės įstaigų, kitų valstybės ir savivaldybių institucijų ir įstaigų vadovų ir kolegialių institucijų, taip pat Lietuvos banko valdybos ar valdybos pirmininko, teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka įgaliotų atlikti viešąjį administravimą asociacijų, valstybės ar savivaldybės įmonių, viešųjų įstaigų, kurių savininkė ar dalininkė yra valstybė ar savivaldybė, valdymo organų priimti teisės taikymo aktai, kuriuos skelbti Registre privaloma pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus; 19) Konstitucinio Teismo nutarimai ir sprendimai dėl Konstitucinio Teismo nutarimo išaiškinimo, taip pat Konstitucinio Teismo pirmininko pranešimai dėl ginčijamo akto galiojimo sustabdymo ir dėl sustabdyto akto galiojimo atnaujinimo; 20) Lietuvos Aukščiausiojo Teismo ir Lietuvos vyriausiojo administracinio teismo sprendimai, nutartys, nutarimai, taip pat įsiteisėję administracinių teismų sprendimai dėl norminių administracinių aktų teisėtumo.
