When the goods are detained by the customs authorities, a record of the detention of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the “PSP”) shall be drawn up. This is a primary status document that displays data in an open set. The PSP shall not be drawn up if an infringement of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Lithuania is immediately established and a record of an administrative offence is drawn up accordingly or a pre-trial investigation is initiated in the event of signs of a criminal act. It should be noted that these data cannot be used to calculate official statistics. The collection shall publish data accumulated from 2008 to the present day and recorded in the posts of the Road, Railway, Freight, Post Office, Air, Your Port or Mobile Groups of the Republic of Lithuania. Data provider shall mean the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania."@en,
        "Rinkinyje pateikiami Lietuvos Respublikos muitinės postuose sulaikytų prekių protokolų duomenys. Muitinei sulaikius prekes surašomas Prekių sulaikymo protokolas (toliau – PSP). Tai yra pirminės būsenos dokumentas, kurio duomenys vaizduojami atveriamame rinkinyje. PSP nesurašomas jei iš karto nustatomas Lietuvos Respublikos administracinio nusižengimas kodekso pažeidimas ir atitinkamai surašomas administracinio teisės pažeidimo protokolas arba esant nusikalstamos veikos požymiams pradedamas ikiteisminis tyrimas. Pažymėtina, jog šie duomenys negali būti naudojami oficialiajai statistikai skaičiuoti. Rinkinyje skelbiami nuo 2008 m. iki šių dienų kaupiami duomenys, surašyti Lietuvos Respublikos kelio, geležinkelio, krovinių, pašto, oro, jūsų uosto ar mobiliųjų grupių postuose.
