Data collection on the countries of the residents of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “residents”) travelling abroad, their travel goals and travel expenses and duration of accommodation. Submitted through the target state dimensions. The classifications used are: Classification of administrative units and residential areas of the Republic of Lithuania (LR AVGVK 2018); Classification of countries and territories of the world. Unit of statistical observation: residents over 15 years of age returning from abroad. Statistical survey population: The survey population shall comprise journeys of residents returning from abroad. Travel of persons, the purpose of which is paid work in the territory visited, shall not be included. Geographical coverage: the entire economic territory of the country. Time coverage: from 2005, quarterly.
