Special Educational Needs Information System “KARTU”

The system is designed to organize and manage the assessment of special educational needs (SUP) and the provision of educational assistance in Vilnius City Municipality. It stores data on the child’s assessment, participating institutions, submitted requests, assessment progress, conclusions and certificates. The system enables the child’s legal representatives, educational institutions and the pedagogical psychological service to exchange information and coordinate actions. It also ensures process monitoring, document preparation and signing.
