The purpose of IPP is to make efficient use of state and other information resources managed by the Centre of Registers and to ensure their integrity, secure processing and infrastructure optimization. Through a single access point to the registers, cadastres and state information systems managed by the Centre of Registers, except for the State Forest Cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, the Legal Aid Services Information System and the Information System of Lists of Political Party Members, it provides the necessary integration interfaces for interoperability between registers and information systems, enables the electronic provision of administrative, public and related services provided by the Centre of Registers, the electronic identity verification service and electronic services.
