Bailiffs Information System

The purpose of the Bailiffs Information System is to centrally collect, store, process, systematize, provide and preserve data generated in the daily activities of bailiffs when working with enforcement documents, recording factual circumstances, transferring documents and performing other bailiff functions established by legal acts. It also provides tools for users of the system to conduct the sale of property through forced auctions and auctions electronically.
