Panevėžys Emergency Medical Services Information System

The purpose of the system is to ensure rapid response to emergency medical calls; accurately assess the patient's condition and provide appropriate medical assistance; ensure smooth cooperation between emergency medical services (GPM), hospitals and other healthcare services; and provide assistance around the clock, regardless of the patient's location. The system was created based on the fields of form card 110a. This is an official document form that records information about medical assistance provided. It is standardized and used to document all information collected by the GMP team during an incident. This form is necessary both for administrative purposes and for ensuring and analyzing the quality of medical assistance.
