Waste Management Fee Administration Information System

The Waste Management Fee Administration Information System (ATRIS) is an information system managed by the Vilnius Waste System Administrator (VASA) for accounting and administration of the municipal waste management fee. The system registers waste holders, manages payer and property data, tracks payments, applies exemptions, and analyzes balances and arrears. It stores and processes data on containers, their collection, sites, carriers and waste flows, and integrates data from the Centre of Registers and other external sources. ATRIS helps ensure transparent and efficient fee management and waste management control.
