Participants in Resistance to Occupations

The information system stores information on granting applicants the status of participants in resistance to occupation regimes under the Law on the Genocide and Resistance Research Centre of Lithuania of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 5, points 3, 5 and 20) and on state awards granted to them under Article 4 of the Law on the Recognition of the Legal Status of Participants in Resistance to the 1940–1990 Occupations and the Equivalence of Military Ranks and Awards of Volunteer Soldiers of the Republic of Lithuania.
