Asset management system

The purpose of the asset management information system is to ensure the rational and efficient management of municipal assets (buildings, premises and engineering structures), improve the efficiency of their use and maintenance, and ensure the economic return from the use of municipal assets, such as increasing rental income, reducing tenants' rental arrears, and monitoring and controlling asset disposal.
