Database of clinical microbiological, molecular, virological and rare dangerous disease testing (Laputė)

The National Public Health Surveillance Laboratory (NVSPL) information system is intended for registering and managing laboratory test data and transmitting results. It includes several subsystems, one of which is the subsystem for clinical microbiological, molecular, virological and rare dangerous infections. This subsystem is used to register tests of microorganisms, viruses, parasites and other pathogens, record samples, reactions and results, and transmit data to national and international health monitoring systems.
