The Legal Entities Participants Information System stores data on participants of legal entities and provides them to natural and legal persons entitled to receive them, concerning participants of legal entities: private limited liability companies, small partnerships, public institutions, agricultural companies, cooperative companies (cooperatives), general partnerships and limited partnerships, and charity and support funds that are non-governmental organisations. A participant of a legal entity is a person who has ownership rights to the legal entity’s property, or a person who, although no longer retaining ownership rights to the legal entity’s property, acquires rights of obligation and/or duties related to the legal entity.
