The purpose of the information system is to create and implement tools to ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of VSAKIS data and their submission to the Ministry of Finance within the required deadlines; to provide correct and consistent data for financial and state asset management decisions; to determine the value of all state liabilities, including long-term and short-term liabilities, state debt and social obligations; and to plan financial resources more rationally by identifying future real financial obligations requiring resources or the amount of existing resources that will need to be reallocated.
