Description The table provides aggregated data from the Real Estate Register (NTR) of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers on purchase transactions for residential objects, apartments, in 1 km rectangular grid cells. The table columns contain averages, minimum and maximum values, and 10th to 90th percentiles calculated for each grid cell for transaction values, purchased apartment areas, apartment values and mass valuation values. The time coverage is from 1998. The data in this dataset do not cover all purchase transactions for residential objects or apartments, but only those transactions in which a single object was acquired. Information on transactions in which several objects were purchased, such as an apartment and a storage room or an apartment and a land plot, is not provided in this table. Geographic information, the grid cells, was obtained from the Address Register of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers. The data are linked to a network of rectangular 1 x 1 km grid cells created in the Lithuanian state coordinate system LKS-94.
