Description Laboratory test information systems such as OpenLIMS, sLIS and POLIS collect data on laboratory tests performed on patients in personal health care institutions that use one of these laboratory test systems. Dataset structures and time coverage may vary depending on the institution and system, but they usually contain data collected from the 2010s and continue to be updated. The datasets include the institution name, patient identifier, sex, year of birth, test date, numerical result value, test analyte name, reference limits for test results, units of measurement, the patient's main diagnosis name and TLK-10-AM code. The data provider is personal health care institutions.
