Description The GIS information system table of UAB Šiaulių vandenys provides the locations of water supply, sanitary wastewater, and stormwater covers, as well as stormwater grates. To ensure confidentiality, the coordinate records provided have been modified by adding random values, or noise, generated according to a normal distribution with a 50-metre standard deviation parameter. Using this parameter, a manhole is shifted by an average of 62 metres in a random direction. Data coverage: Šiauliai City Municipality. Data provider: UAB Šiaulių vandenys.
