One row represents one meter declaration record. The dataset consists of two tables containing records of meter readings and premises to which a meter is assigned. The tables include meter type, declaration period, meter values from and to, premises area, volume, and approximate coordinates. Coordinates are noise-added using a 50-metre standard deviation parameter. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but updates are planned monthly. Data providers: UAB Šiaulių šviesa, UAB Simno komunalininkas, UAB Šilutės šilumos tinklai, and AB Šiaulių energija. |
