Description The dataset provides aggregated data from the Lobbying Activities Information System of the Chief Official Ethics Commission (VTEK) on registered lobbyists, transparency declarations submitted by lobbyists, and declarations submitted by persons subject to lobbying influence, by month. Data are provided from 2021. Lobbyists are natural or legal persons engaged in lobbying activities. As defined in the Law on Lobbying Activities, when approaching a person to be influenced, lobbyists must present a certificate issued by VTEK, indicate the client and beneficiary of lobbying, the draft legal act under discussion and submit a transparent law‑making declaration within seven days. Persons who have been influenced by lobbying must also declare this within seven days for each draft legal act. Data provider – Chief Official Ethics Commission.
