| Description | Customer debt records from the “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” customer service and billing systems that serve municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one debt record. The dataset includes debt and contract identifiers, debt amount and a flag indicating whether late payment interest is not calculated, debt record date, bankruptcy date, payer code and type, personal code, legal entity code, indication whether the customer is a VAT payer, contract start and termination dates, customer year of birth/death, sex, coordinates of the service location and their type. Depending on the municipality or institution, coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly.
