| Description | The dataset from the Monitoring Information System (SIS) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania provides data collected since 2011 on documents, element hierarchy, financial data and indicators. State strategy document data: the table of data on state strategies and programme documents includes: document code, title, document type, latest version number, process stage, period, institution and its code. Document element hierarchy: the table of data on hierarchy of elements of state strategies and programmes includes: document ID (refers to “State strategy document data”), element code, title, class, type, description (for indicators), start and end dates, periodicity, measurement units of the element, and the scale of implementation (country, organisation or document owner). State strategy indicator data: the table of indicator data for state strategies and programmes includes: document and object IDs (refer to “Document element hierarchy” and “State strategy document data”), indicator period and target and actual values (quantitative and qualitative). State strategy financial data: the table of financial data for state strategies and programmes includes: document and object IDs (refer to “Document element hierarchy” and “State strategy document data”), start and end dates of the element, value in euros, type of expenditure, source of financing, type of funds, state function, and whether it is a plan, revised plan, need or actual value.
