Description The GIS information system of UAB Šiaulių vandenys contains a table with the locations of water supply, sewage and stormwater manhole covers and storm grates. To ensure confidentiality, the provided coordinate records are modified by adding random values – noise generated according to a normal distribution with a standard deviation parameter of 50 metres. With this parameter, a manhole is on average shifted 62 metres in a random direction. Data coverage – Šiauliai City Municipality. Data provider – UAB Šiaulių vandenys.
