The dataset contains three data tables for service and service administration systems “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” user renovation contracts: “General renovation contracts” One line of the common renovation contract table corresponds to one renovation contract for an apartment or other purpose building. The table consists of the contract identifier, the renovation contract number, the work type code, the preliminary and revised date of the renovation contract, the end date of the renovation contract, the starting and ending date of the credit repayment, the credit provider, the contract entity, the code of the contract entity, the aob code, the purpose of the real estate, the end year of the building construction, the total and residential area of the building, the number of floors and the coordinates of the building. “Renovation contracts for premises” One row of the table of renovation contracts for premises corresponds to one renovation contract for an apartment or other purpose premises in the building. The table consists of the contract identifier and type, the date of the renovation contract, the contract entity, the aob code, the purpose of the real estate, the total and residential area, the amount of the act and credit, and the deferred interest. One line of the renovation works classification corresponds to the name of one renovation work. The table consists of a work type code, a renovation job name, and a date for editing the last classification data. “Renovation classification” One line of the renovation works classification corresponds to the name of one renovation work. The table consists of a work type code, a renovation job name, and a date for editing the last classification data. Depending on the municipality or body, the scope of the data may vary, but the data is scheduled to be updated every three months.
