Description The set shall contain data on the objects of the Register of Legal Acts, the entities which prepared and adopted them, identification codes, types of objects, names and chronologies thereof (date of adoption of the legal act, date of registration in the Register, date of publication, date of entry into force, date of replacement or addition, date of cessation of validity, date of suspension of validity, expiry date). The objects of the Register shall be the following legal acts: 1) the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania; 2) constitutional laws; 3) other laws; 4) the Statute of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania; 5) resolutions of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Seimas”); 6) other legal acts adopted by the Seimas; 7) international treaties of the Republic of Lithuania; 8) decrees and ordinances of the President of the Republic; 9) resolutions, decisions and resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Government”); 10) a regulation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Constitutional Court”); 11) regulatory acts of ministers, government institutions, heads of other state institutions and agencies and collegiate institutions; 12) decrees of the Prime Minister; 13) ordinances of the Speaker of the Seimas; 14) decisions of the Board of the Seimas; 15) normative legal acts of the Bank of Lithuania; 16) regulatory acts of municipal institutions, as well as legal acts adopted by municipal mayors, which must be published in the Register in accordance with the requirements of legal acts; 17) regulatory acts adopted by the governing bodies of associations, state or municipal enterprises authorised to perform public administration, public establishments the owner or stakeholder whereof is the state or municipality. Legal acts adopted by the management bodies of other associations, state or municipal enterprises, public establishments the owner or stakeholder whereof is the state or municipality shall be subject to the Register only in cases when the publication of such legal acts in the Register is mandatory in accordance with the requirements of legal acts; 18) legal acts adopted by the heads and collegiate institutions of ministers, government agencies, other state and municipal institutions and agencies, as well as the chairman of the board or board of the Bank of Lithuania authorised in accordance with the procedure laid down by legal acts to perform public administration by the management bodies of associations, state or municipal enterprises, public bodies the owner or stakeholder whereof is the state or municipality, which must be published in the Register in accordance with the requirements of legal acts; 19) resolutions and decisions of the Constitutional Court on the interpretation of the ruling of the Constitutional Court, as well as reports of the President of the Constitutional Court on the suspension of the validity of the disputed act and on the renewal of the suspended act; 20) decisions, rulings, rulings and rulings of the Supreme Court of Lithuania and the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, as well as effective rulings of administrative courts concerning the legality of regulatory administrative acts.
