Description Permits are issued to natural and legal persons or groups of such persons operating under joint activity agreements. According to the Underground Law of the Republic of Lithuania, only resources that have been explored in detail and approved in accordance with the procedure established by the Lithuanian Geological Survey may be used. The data consists of the name of the subsoil stock or part thereof, the name of the wellfield and the code in the Subsoil Register; information on approved minerals (other than hydrocarbons), groundwater resources and subsoil cavities.
